The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with directions and recommendations. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping, famous landmarks, and a beautiful local park for relaxing walks. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the addition of a steam room was a bonus. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including choices for health-conscious and vegetarian guests. The bar had a timeless and classic ambiance, with wonderful waitstaff and great cocktails.
Felt relaxed, staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

This place is located in the heart of the city, near the metro, and within a short walk to major tourist sites. The service is exceptional, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry. The room is equipped with all the amenities I need, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The staff is incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

the location was excellent - we could easily walk to the main attractions and the chic shopping area. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast had a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the newly renovated Executive room and the free WiFi. The location was great and we walked to the Duomo easily. Breakfast had plenty of options. good value for the price. The only minor drawback was some noise from other guests. We recommend this hotel.
