The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with directions and recommendations. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping, famous landmarks, and a beautiful local park for relaxing walks. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the addition of a steam room was a bonus. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including choices for health-conscious and vegetarian guests. The bar had a timeless and classic ambiance, with wonderful waitstaff and great cocktails.
Felt relaxed, staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast is excellent, with lots of sweet treats and fruits to start your day. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel charges extra for its facilities, such as the use of Wi-Fi or umbrellas on rainy days.

We loved the newly renovated Executive room and the free WiFi. The location was great and we walked to the Duomo easily. Breakfast had plenty of options. good value for the price. The only minor drawback was some noise from other guests. We recommend this hotel.
